The translation of software and apps was completed and ended in the summer of 2016. From there we started brand development and search for name, we needed a name that seemed most descriptive and open – Ísorka (Ice Energy) – was choosed
Ísorka officially opened in December 2016, and launched the first app in Iceland that shared live information about charging stations. Later the year 2017 Ísorka was the first to launch payment soloution and charging fee for charging at charging stations.
With charging fees the market can grow faster since it opened doors for operators to come to the market.
